Njål Rune Figved has done the paint job on the vehicle and the company named ,,Rumag´´ have made the stickers for the fenders and for the fuel and oil tank in front of the Hemi engine.
The rear wheels on the Tractor are a set of new Pioneer Giant Puller tyres on Real Wheel aluminium rims from the USA.
The new Mini Mod is powered by a Sassy Racing V8 Hemi engine on methanol
fuel. The engine comes from the old Tractor. The V8 Hemi was checked and overhauled in their workshop during
the winter. The power plant has a BAE billet aluminium engine block
with Veney cylinder heads, Dan Olson Racing exhaust headers, MGP billet
aluminium rods and CP-Carrillo billet aluminium pistons, a Winberg
crankshaft, a DMPE 18-71 blower with a CGC Mk9 X carbon fiber scoop, a Sassy
Racing fuel system with a Sassy Racing fuel pump, a new Moroso aluminium
fuel and oil tank, a dry sump lubrication with a Aviaid oil pump, a MSD
Pro Mag 44 ignition and a Racepak data logger by Post & Dros.
The Blower Power Pulling Team around Asbjorn Herikstad and Glenn Bjorheim will compete in the Norwegian Championship
and in the Euro Cup again this season. The maiden voyage of the new Blower Power
is planned for the 10th of March 2018, at the European Superpull in Ahoy,
Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
